At Meeple, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services to our valued customers. Please review the following shipping and delivery policies for a seamless experience:

Shipping Carrier: We currently partner with Startrack for the delivery of our products.

PO Box Shipments: Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Kindly provide a physical delivery address for your orders.

Order Volume Impact: Large orders or a higher volume of orders may require additional processing time. We will strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible while maintaining our commitment to quality.

Postal Service Issues: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, any postal service problems or delays that may occur are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.


Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for orders will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. The rates are determined based on the shipping destination, order size, and other relevant factors.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders with a total value exceeding $500. This offer applies to standard shipping methods Australia-wide.

Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $500, a flat shipping rate of $10 will be applied Australia-wide.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping destination.

Please note, times below do not factor in peak shipping period and seasonal delays:

  • Metro Areas (VIC, NSW, QLD): 1 to 3 business days.
  • Regional Areas (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA): 2 to 4 business days.
  • WA, NT, and TAS: 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be subject to change based on external factors beyond our control. Meeple is rendered not liable for any delays caused by any external factors that may occur after goods are collected by carrier.

Please ensure early ordering during Peak Periods to factor for expected delivery delays as a result of high shipment traffic. 

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: You can track the status and location of your wholesale orders by visiting https://startrack.com.au/track/search and entering the provided connote number.
  • Tracking Availability: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after your order has been processed.
